Pet care experience
Hi my name is Jenna and I currently have 1 dog of my own, my 2 other pups passed away in July and August 2022, but my current dog is dog friendly without a single aggressive bone in his body. What’s his, he is willing to share with anyone, EVEN CATS! I still live with my mother and we both foster through Rebel Dogs Detroit which we have been doing for about a year now. I’ve been working with animals for almost 10 years, building experience and knowledge that I’m willing to help others with their fur babies. There’s no job too big or small, difficult or easy, all pets are welcome in my household. Family members of mine have left their pets with me to walk, feed, bathe and even administer medication in pill or liquid form for them while they are on vacation and I’d love to help you with the same! I’ve worked with dogs as big as Irish wolf hounds and as small as chihuahua’s, I love all animals and I would love to help you and your family out with watching and taking care of your fur babies whenever needed!:)

I have a nice first level, a finished basement with a full kitchen and extra crates small, medium, large and XL. I also have a nice sized fenced in backyard with an easy access back door. My house is open to all pets who need a place to stay while their parents are out on the town for a night or away on vacation for a week!

Information Jenna K. would like to know about your pet
I will need to know if your pet does take any daily medications including supplements, if they are crate trained and house trained, and medical information such as your dog having chronic seizures or joint issues, if your dog is toy/treat/food aggressive, as well as if they have gotten sick or bitten anyone in the previous 30 days. I do need to see proof that they are up to date on at least their rabies vaccination and that they have been given a clean bill of health from their vet within the last year.
A typical day
Crosswinds Marsh and Elizabeth park are 2 of my favorite places to go on walks! My backyard however I do have lots of toys to play with and throw around, your fur babies can expect a nice long brush, a good play time to get some energy out and I have a few toys that will require your baby to use their brains to get the treat out!

Availability
I’m currently working full time at the Wyandotte Animal Hospital before I start school as a Veterinary Technician, I have worked at the Dearborn Animal Shelter and Hallidays Pet Resort and Daycare. I enjoy being around all animals small and big, I will always find time to fit in a fun run or a long play time with my own puppy and am looking forward to meeting yours!
