Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs and cats of every kind since I was 10. Family, friends, and neighbors have trusted and relied on me and I’ve never disappointed. I regularly visit animal shelters and have taken many animal science classes. My sister is also a vet assistant, so I always have her to call in case of emergencies or concerns! I also have a lot of experience with reactive dogs and dog training.

Jenna takes great care of my little fur baby! She’s always willing to learn the latest techniques for my dog’s physical therapy and to help her get some exercise, even in the extreme heat. So grateful for her!
Jenna was amazing! Jenna took plenty of great photos and walked Piper to the dog park every day of her stay. I could tell Piper had a lot of fun with Jenna and we will definitely be using her again for future trips!
Jenna did a great job with my cat and she sent pictures and video, which I do appreciate. I’ll choose her next time again :)
Our girls loved their staycation with Jenna. We got lots of updates and videos of them hiking, and they came home happy and very tired! Would highly recommend!

I have no pets, so there’s no worry about animals getting along. I have plenty of time for long walks, hikes, swims, and dog park runs throughout the day since I don’t have a fenced-in yard. If your dog has separation anxiety, have no fear!! With being a full time student, I can always be sure that your dog has someone there with them 24 hours out of the day.

Please let me know if your dog has special needs, needs medication, is very high energy or low energy, can't be left alone, is reactive towards other dogs/cats, or isn’t potty trained.
A typical day
I love to make sure your dogs/cats are stimulated physically and mentally! For dogs, I like to go on hikes/walks with them to different trails, go to the dog park (only if you’re okay with it), and give them lots of cuddles! For cats, I’ll play with them for as long as they need and give them lots of cuddles as well. The places I usually go on walks are the Umstead trails, Dorothea Dix Park, and Pullen Park! A nice swimming spot for the summer is the beach areas at Jordan Lake and Lake Johnson. The dog parks I visit include Dorothea Dix and Carolina Pines.

Availability
I’m currently a full-time student at NC State University studying psychology, so I am always home and have plenty of time for long walks and play time! I am a very active person who enjoys swimming, running, and hiking in my free time. With this being said, your dog will get more than enough exercise and attention when with me.
