Jenna is wonderful! From the first meet & greet to the continuous photos and texts updates, I knew our dogs were in good hands while away. We will use Jenna again and recommend her to anyone who loves their dogs like family because that is how Jenna treats them!

As someone who was a Rover sitter myself for two years I had high expectations but unfortunately I cannot give Jenna a good review. While on my trip away I was in the mountains so my security camera footage wasn’t loading/alerting me like it usually does. When it finally loaded I saw video camera footage of her coming back at night with a man I had never met. The man stayed in my home overnight without my permission. He left the next morning and returned later that day. I found this incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. During our initial meet and greet I told her I was looking for someone that could stay in my home with my pup for the majority of the day and she said that she would be able to do that. She said that she would be home with him for most of the day except for a few hours to run some errands. So, it was disappointing when I saw footage of her leaving for 7+ hours when that’s not what we had discussed. I’m not sure if her other clients are aware she bring strangers into your home without your permission but for this reason alone I will not be rebooking her.
