Absolutely amazing! Jenna took care of my 2 dogs for 10 days / 9 nights. Stayed at our house. After our initial meet and greet I knew she would be a great pet sitter for us. First of all, my dogs reacted very well to her and liked her immediately. Instant connection. She came across as a very reliable person and showed genuine love for dogs. Friendly and positive personality. Experienced, flexible and sensitive to my dogs’ needs. While we were on our vacation Jenna sent me regular updates including photos which gave me a big peace of mind that my pets were in safe hands. Jenna is a great communicator. I also love that her work schedule allows for her to spend a lot of time with them (i.e. they were never home alone for many hours at a time.). I’d love to have Jenna watch my dogs again. Jenna recently cared for our cat, Kitten, for a month while we were in England and we were very pleased and satisfied with the quality of care she provided. Her interactions with Kitten that we observed were all very positive and appropriate. She was easy to work and with and flexible when setting up care arrangements, very responsible about learning about Kitten's needs and routines, and stayed in touch with updates and photos and the occasional question while we were away.
