I'm one of the biggest dog lovers you'll ever meet. I even moved to Austin because I heard about how dog-friendly it was here! When your pet stays with me they'll be treated like they're part of the family. I work from home, so your pup will have someone with them at all times. I'm so excited to meet you both! Now that I have a home of my own, complete with a big backyard, I love having dogs over! I am in my 30s and have owned dogs my entire life. My husband Brian and I currently have a 6 pound, 3.5 year old, white toy poodle named Leona. Leona absolutely adores humans and all dogs! She is the perfect playmate and can't wait to meet your furry friend! I treat Leona like my child and I will do the same for yours while under my care. I want your dogs to feel completely comfortable when you're not around. We all know that their parent going away can be a stressful experience for dogs and I will do my very best to comfort your loved ones! I work full-time from home and can take your dogs out for potty breaks whenever is necessary. If your pups are with me on the weekends, I will not be gone for longer than 4 hours without a potty break. Mostly, I am home with the dogs! I love the dog-friendly community in Austin so if you'd like, I'm happy to bring your pup along to dog-friendly restaurants, to Zilker Park for exercise, or for a walk around the lake. If you're not comfortable with that, we can stay home and play in the backyard instead with walks around the neighborhood. I have a big, fenced in backyard perfect for playtime. The fence is very high and secure, even a huge dog would not be able to jump over. I'm happy to invite your pups to sleep with me or you can provide a dog bed if you prefer. They are also welcome to snooze on my couch but I'm happy to keep them off the furniture if they've been trained that way. If you hire me for dog walking, I'm happy to power walk or even jog with your dog! I'm very active and love giving dogs the exercise they crave.
