Jena was great. Koji seemed very happy to be with her. Definitely would use her again.

Jenna sent us lots of cute photos of our pups in action playing with toys. I would have liked to meet Jenna upon drop off, but instead we were greeted by her GM (general manager). We met Jenna the afternoon we picked up our pups, but she was in a deep sleep in her bed and it took quite a bit of effort to wake her up. It's unclear weather anyone walked our dogs and we don't know if they even fed them the food that we provided for them to eat, because our dogs pooped a lot right away when we took them outside, and they normally do not poop that much all at once in the morning. In addition, there was large kibble (another dog's food) on the floor and we noticed our dog Lilyth was eating that other dog's food. Our dog Lilyth could have had allergies to another dog's food, and that was an example of an irresponsible thing to do. We gave special instructions to Jenna's GM that other dog food cannot be left out on the floor because our dog Lilyth will eat it, and we do not want her to get sick from eating food that is not her regular diet. It's obvious that Jenna did not follow through with this request. Jenna gave us the impression that she would be caring for our pups, but we did not feel that she and her associate were providing them with the best care possible, and as a paying customer, the minimum requirement we ask for in return is for someone to care for their basic needs. We did not receive any photos of them on a dog walk, pooping or peeing, and that was concerning to us.
