I cannot praise Jenna enough for the wonderful care she provides to our pup, Chloe. Chloe is pretty apprehensive around strangers, but Jenna was completed comfortable around Chloe the first time they met, which really helped earn Chloe's trust quickly. Jenna is very professional; I always get notifications when she arrives to our place and updates along with a few photos when she leaves. She lets me know how Chloe is doing and if anything seems off with her behavior. Chloe recently got an ulcer in her eye and ended up needing a cone along with frequent eye drops. Jenna has not hesitated to help us give Chloe the eye drops while my husband and I are at work. We have been extremely grateful to have her available to check on our Chloe, and we truly appreciate the excellent service she provides!

Jenna sent me a photo of my doggies every day, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I could tell the dogs were happy with her and that is what counts to me. She is a very sweet young lady and even though I have a middle age and old dog she was very mindful of their diffrent needs. When I rescue my next young energetic pitbull I'm sure she will be able to handle him too. I was very happy with her and so was Cookie and Daisy. The only reason I didnt give her a 5 star is because I only used her during one trip so far.
