Pet care experience
After growing up with a German Shepherd, I bred, raised and trained 2 generations of Rottweilers on my Bucks County, PA farm. After my beloved babies passed on, I started dogsitting for friends, and I fostered some "special cases" for a local rescue. (They gave me the tough-to-handle dogs after they met me and learned about my experience!) I love all dogs large and small, but I have special experience with Rotties, Pit Bulls, and other large breeds. If your big dog is difficult on the leash, I can help you. I use the "calm, assertive leadership" technique taught by Cesar Milan. I love to walk and play with all kinds of dogs! I'm also experienced with cats, chickens and small farm animals. (No horses.)

Wonderful! My pup is a little shy—which can be very intimidating in a Rottweiler. Jenn worked with her so well—reading her body language and being positive play centered. Now Penelope has a new pack member. I will definitely use her again.
I've known Jenn first as a coworker and now a long time family friend for many years. Jenn has always had a love for dogs of every breed and personality. Myself and my family as well as our coworkers have trusted her with our fur babies when we've had to go out of town. Our German Shepard didn't want to leave Jenn! She is a great person and a great dog sitter who puts the dogs first every second of the day.
Despite being a Two-legger, Jenn is one with dogs. Her charming ways have calmed my boxer-pit mix. She is consistent with her body language and tone of voice. Jenn can provide the routine with which your pet regularly lives, a must for when you're away!
I have known Jenn for over 30 years, and I have always known her to be a kind, caring, and compassionate person. I have seen her interact with her own dogs many times, and they were obviously happy, healthy, loved, and well-taken care of. I am a dog lover and a retired police officer, and I would leave my dogs in her care without hesitation or concern.

A typical day
I've been through big lifestyle changes in the last 3 years, and no longer have my farm. I am now a professional musician, traveling and playing on the weekends and during the winter months. Because of this new lifestyle, it's not appropriate for me to have my own dogs at this time, but I still love dogs and enjoy dog walking/sitting during the week. I have walked every inch of Lake Nockamixon Park and Lake Towhee Park with my dogs, and will be happy to take your pups on the trail with me there!
