Jenn was an absolute star. My older gentleman, Desmond, really needs a lot of extra things, so while we have a great boarding option, now that he's more senior that's not a good fit for him any longer. Jenn was so obviously comfortable with caring for him (and his five medications) that it made it possible for me to take a business trip without agonizing. As others have noted, she sent frequent pics and updates, and the house was undoubtedly cleaner than I left it. Dogs were so much more chill on my return than they usually are after going to boarding. My other little guy usually won't eat for the first couple of days when I travel, and he did great this time around, which was another confirmation of how happy and comfortable they were with Jenn. So grateful to have found Jenn and so relieved to be able to plan trips without dog-anxiety! Thank you!
