Pet care experience
Ever since I was a young kid, my family has loved having dogs around the house. Something that I have really missed about being back at home (in Calgary) has been the company and joy that my golden retriever, Miikka, brings to our household. For this reason, I am always wanting animals around to lift my mood and to take for walks or runs. I cannot wait to add dog sitting and walking into my Halifax life. I am currently a 4th year student at Dalhousie University and have a flexible schedule that will allow me to provide time and care to dogs that may be staying at my home or fitting in walks between classes and studying throughout the day. I also do have a vehicle that can be used to pick up or drop off small/large dogs. Looking forward to meeting you guys!

Jenn took great care of my 2 year old aussiedoodle while I was away for 7 days/8 nights. I had no worries leaving her with Jenn as I knew she was in capable hands. Jenn made sure to make time for her and took her out on multiple long walks everyday. I received updates everyday on how she was doing and my dog loved her stay. I came home to a very happy and tuckered out dog who cried the car ride home because she had to leave. 10/10 would recommend Jenn and I will definitely leave my dog with her again in the future.
Jenn loves dogs! She has been devoted to her pets since she was a little girl, caring for her family’s many Golden Retrievers. Jenn is reliable and responsible, and has the pet experience and know-how to handle whatever your dog may need. She is attentive and is excited to care for your dog as if it was her own!
I am recommending Jenn as a responsible and loving dog caregiver because over the course of knowing and living with her, she has demonstrated her love of caring for animals. As an active and outdoorsy university student, Jenn has a flexible schedule and is always interested in activities that would be great for a dog.
