I started watching dogs around my neighborhood when I was in middle school. Since then, I have watched a wide range of dogs, cats, ferrets, pigs, and chickens. I am currently unable to have a dog, so dog sitting lets me pretend I have a dog of my own. I have cared for a wide variety of breeds (Yorkie's to Great Danes) and am comfortable watching/walking more than one at once if you have a multi-dog household. I am very responsible and will care for your dogs as if they were my own. I enjoy taking long walks, playing fetch, and cuddling on the couch. I will be starting grad school at UVM this fall, so my fall availability is still to be determined based on my work load. For the summer, I do have a job with shifts that range from 6-10 hours in length. I always try to keep this in mind before committing to watching a dog since I know this can be a long time for some dogs to be left inside. So long as your dog can be alone for that long, I have a lot of availability throughout the summer. I have always bonded quickly with dogs and appreciate the chance to cuddle and shower animals with as much love as possible.
