Booked her for 4 days and 2 of the days was supposed to come 2 times to take care of my two cats. When I got home my cats had no cat food in their food bowls although Jenise had a visit the same afternoon. Both the upstairs and down stairs bowls were empty. My cats typically take 3 days to get there bowls completely empty especially when also eating wet food. She did not communicate of her stopping by, did not stop by on time, barely got any pictures of the cats from her, missed giving medicine for the entire length of the booking which I was fine with I know my cat can be hard to catch. Though having an empty food bowl was not okay. She was also suppose to feed them soft food every visit but I noticed some of the cans not being used. All the instructions were verbally communicated and I wrote them down as well for her reference. She did not respond to my messages over the visits on time. I was worried my whole trip about my cats, luckly they are okay but it was upsetting to come home to empty food bowls and hungry cats.

Jenise was great with our girls! She sent updates and pictures and was always responsive. She was responsible and cared for our home and dogs while we were away.
