It was our first time using Rover as well as having Jenifer pet sit for us. After reviewing others profile's, we chose her because we thought she was better suited to handle our large dog. When we did the meet and greet it was a bit overwhelming with all the dogs she had in her home. We gave her a run down about Chloe. She assured us she had years of experience and could handle dog behaviors. We left Chloe the next morning and about 4 hours into her stay she is attacked by 2 pitbulls she was sitting. Long story short, she gave my dog medication from her own home instead of the one prescribed to her and once we picked her up she had nothing to do with us. She completely ignored us and never asked how Chloe was doing. I hadn't a clue why she wouldn't speak to us afterwards, as I feel I was always polite with her throughout the whole ordeal. I didn't end up getting answers I still had left over the attack. I'm glad others had a good experience with her, ours just ended up being a horrible one.

Jennifer was super nice throughout the entire experience. Everything went well during the home visit and when we dropped our dogs off, but during pickup there were so many dogs (I'd guesstimate at least 10 if not more) that we were quite overwhelmed. They were bombarding the front door and they were in her very small living room. My bloodhound was acting very nervous and I couldn't help but wonder how she felt during the stay. Unfortunately, Jenifer will not be an on going dog sitter for us.
