Hello, I'm Jeni and I have well behaved pets of my own and adult children and teenagers in my home who have grown up with me doing foster care for Tuff Start, Furever Home, One of a Kind, Ruff Start and Happy Tails rescue. We have fostered over 250 pets from various conditions (stray, impound, owner surrender, medical needs) through to their adoption into wonderful homes. I'm very familiar with how to introduce my pets to new guests, if needed, and I enjoy going to other people's homes to check in on and/or walk their pets, as well. I also have a lot of experience giving medication to cats and dogs, either by simply pilling down the throat, or sneaking into a treat or food. I love going for walks and I'm always responsible to clean up, as needed. Thank you for your consideration. Non-smoking overnights, please.

Is your dog friendly with cats? I cannot take any dogs that are prey driven. Although my cats are familiar with all types of dogs, they will be skittish at first and I dont want things to escalate. I do have several baby gates and have successfully kept cats and dogs separated in different areas of the house when I've sat for dogs before.
A typical day
Play fetch Snuggle time Camp fire (weather permitting of course) Walks and playing Another dog to play with if you have one Treats and feed time Hide and seek

Availability
With my schedule during the school year, I tend to see repeat clients Sept-May and new clients over the summer. Drop-in visits and walks are easy to work into the school year, too.
