rover please don't allow this woman to remain sitting peoples loving pets. I booked her through rover for overnight while I traveled for a family members memorial service. when I first tried to book her she contacted me via phone and wanted me to bypass rover to book with her, I refused and told her I had rover before and had excellent service and results for the care of my pets. that should have been a red flag for me. so she agreed to book through rover. so when I returned she demanded the rover cost that had done been paid through rover. in other words she held my dogs hostage for double money. now she did trim nails of the one so I owed her for that, ten bucks, I had planned on paying a twenty dollar tip also. she demanded a total cash payment of sixty dollars, no remind yo I had just returned from a sixteen hour road trip for the memorial service I attended, just wanted my loving pets and to get them home so I handed over cash because she got very beligerant and aggressive. I just want to get my pets and leave. so I gave in to her demand to get my loving pets away for her wildness.
