Pet care experience
I will interact with the dogs and love on them! I worked at a kennel for a year taking care of pets. I adopt my pets and keep their shots u-t-d. My schedule is pretty flexible. I will work with more than one dog at a time if they live in the same household. I am currently taking Vet Assistant classes and will be completing my externship in July. I am certified in dog CPR and choking. I am aware of the signs and symptoms of sickness and/or disease. I have taken Webinars on the canine flu. Overall, I'm a great candidate for your pets! I would like to know if they have any special needs that require extra care, such as; diabetes that require shots, medications, fear of thunderstorms, blindness, deafness, etc. I will sit most any pet that is not aggressive. I will not sit for dogs that are unpredictable based on the information the owners give me. I prefer small to medium breeds, full-blooded or mixed breeds.
A typical day
Walks in the neighborhood, playtime in our dog park, chew toys, fetch, or whatever it is they are use to doing (frisbee, catch, etc.) You provide the toys and food and I'll do the rest!
