Hello! My name is Jena and I'm a huge animal lover! I grew up on a farm, being exposed to animals of all kinds, including dogs of all sizes and personalities. I am passionate about pets and I would love the opportunity to care for yours while you're away! I have experience in pet boarding and I have volunteered/ fostered with local shelters throughout high school and college, which was both rewarding an invaluable in gaining hands on experience caring for all types of animals. Rest assured knowing that safety is my number one concern and I take many steps to ensure the safety of all pets in my care. All playtime is monitored and pets always go out on a leash unless they are in a fenced yard, pets from different families are never left together unattended and feeding is always done separately. Additionally, you can always have peace of mind knowing your pet is safe and happy by receiving daily updates and photos of your pet throughout the day! I have one dog, a westie named Bama. She is a very sweet and active girl who loves playing just as much as she loves watching tv on the couch. A meet and greet is also required prior to booking. This gives both parties a great opportunity to meet and go over any questions or special concerns prior to your pets stay. :) You can be sure that your dog will receive lots of attention and care while you're away! I'm active and love being outside if your dog needs exercise. What I'd love to know from you: - Is your dog friendly with other dogs? - Is your dog house broken? - Do they use a crate? - What's your dog's feeding, pee, exercise schedule? - Any allergies? - Where does your dog prefer to sleep? - Any medications? - Any separation anxieties? - Is your dog up to date on all vaccinations? **I can also accommodate dogs with special needs (food, medication, etc.) **Rabies and distemper vaccines are required.
