Pet care experience
I have been in the profession dog industry for over 5 years and prior I worked with horses. I have worked at a doggie day care, a petstore and now own a pet grooming salon. I am pet CPR and first aid certified. I own two horses and four Playful pups. I am use to high energy and non stop play. There are hundreds of toys sitting around my house. I work with animals every day. My goal is to give your dogs the best experience while staying with us and allowing our house to be your dogs home away from home.

Leaving my puppy with Jen, was the best decision I made. This was the first time my puppy and I have been apart, in the 5 months I had her. I was going away for a week and could not take her. I did a meet and greet with Jen, a few days prior to my trip. My girl took to Jen right away. Meeting Jen put me at ease, and I could see that she genuinely loved animals. Jen sent me pictures every day showing me my puppy playing with her own dogs. I could see how happy my puppy was and how much she enjoyed being there. Knowing my girl was in the best hands allowed me to relax and enjoy my time away. The only thing that I was not sure of, was not knowing if my puppy would want to come back home with me, after having a great time with Jen and her dogs. Fortunately, my girl still recognized me and did go home with me. I 100% recommend Jen's service.

Jen was fabulous! She provided excellent care for our two pups. Super easy to communicate with and our pups had an awesome stay! We will definitely use her again in the future!

I have a large yard and a fenced in kennel. I have a large kennel area under my house and can rotate dogs in and out so no one gets over whelmed, I do allow dogs to interact with our dogs and other boarders after a short introduction i allow them to roam the house and socialize. If I am not at the house all dogs will be separated for safety. i also have experienced with birds and other small animals and reptiles.

Let me know if your dogs have any special needs or you have any concerns, the more I know about your animal the more comfortable I can make them in my home. All dogs must be crate trained for the safety of your pets and mine.
A typical day
I have pool for swimming with the dogs, and my dogs love playing fetch. There are also some trails for hiking by my house. My dogs are well socialized and enjoy having new friends to meet them. Around 5:30am we wake up and have first potty, and around 9pm is bed time.

Availability
I work full time as a dog groomer and own my own grooming shop in Rotterdam NY. I am away from the house Tuesday- saturday from 8-2. I have crates and few separate areas in the house to put dogs while I’m away a work.
