Pet care experience
Only accepting new animal clients in Downtown West Palm Beach at this time. In order to meet the needs of my existing clients, I must minimize my travel time. I currently have no pets due to our uncertain plans for life over the next few years, but I miss having animals to care for. I have had dogs, cats, fish, a turtle and a bearded dragon. Neighbors and friends have trusted me to care for their pets when they traveled for years. I am a recent transplant to Florida, and I am looking for temporary pet companionship to help pet owners and to bring me joy.

I got so lucky to have found Jen as my dog sitter. She has patience with my senior pup which has been awesome. I’ve got 3 dogs that she has cared for and she has been amazing with each and everyone of them. And I can tell they love having her around by how excited they get when they see her. She takes them on walks and always send me pictures. Make me feel at ease while I’m at work that they’re well taken care of. We definitely got blessed with Jen!

As a city dweller, I do not have a yard, so I consider frequent leashed walks to be very important. With a pet owner’s permission, I can take dogs on field trips to the water, to dog parks, or to hiking areas.

If your dog as special needs, let me know. I provided a great deal of special care for my senior dog in his last year of life, so I am comfortable helping with medically special pups. I am also comfortable reinforcing training if your dog is working on new skills.
A typical day
Walking, jogging, playing with toys, training practice, belly rubs…whatever it is that your dog needs, I am happy to provide it. If your dog loves the water, I will even bring your pup for a swim!

I am a retired science teacher. My weekdays are currently pretty open, so I can work with your pet’s time frame. If your pet stays at my home, your pet can expect lots of companionship in the home and plenty of exercise.
