I have been pet-sitting on and off for nearly 20 years. I started as a teen helping my neighbors, and continue to offer pet care to my professional coworkers, including my boss who used me to pet-sit for 10 years! I work from home, but I live with a family member who isn’t able to support more than my pup. For that reason, I am more than happy to stay in your home to take care of your pets while you're away. The only caveat is that I have my super friendly pug mix pup to take care of too- we would love to come stay at your place together, or if you’re close enough and your animals may not be the friendly type, I can drive back and forth to my house to take care of my pup so he can remain at home. No problems there. I will happily oblige to any pets in need of special care, I have been known to be very diligent about administering medication on time and in many form (pill pockets, hidden in food, syringes, etc.) so no worries there. I am a lover of all animals, even shy or skeptical animals! My friends have always called me the "pet whisperer" because I have not yet met a pet that did not like me, even if the pet is known to not like certain people.
