As my established clients already know, I am dedicated to my role as your pet/pets’ primary caregiver. Not only do I value my bonds with your pets, I value my relationship with you, my clients, just as much. Although I do not take on nearly as many new clients as often as before, still, jobs tend to overlap. As much as I strive to be there all the time, the schedule is not always perfect. Having a protégé trained to execute jobs in the same manner as I ensures more flexibility in my availability, relieving my clients of the stress of finding another trustworthy, reliable sitter. 2. Calendar: I have opened my calendar up for house sitting, doggy daycare, & drop-in visits to reflect my team’s availability. My name is Jen Mills and I am a 30 year old student at IU working towards my second degree in Business Administration. I am taking courses part-time & entirely online, so I have plenty of time to devote to taking care of your pet(s) in my home or yours. I adore animals and have worked with over 150 dogs during the past 7 years. I spend most of my time at home, so your dog(s) will be my top priority when they come to stay with me. I have a beautiful, fenced-in backyard with a few shady areas, equipped with tennis balls and frisbees. The dogs love having a large open space where they can run free yet avoid getting dirty. It is the ideal place to play! MORE ABOUT ME: I graduated with my first degree from IU in 2017 with a degree in Psychology and am continuing my education part-time via IU online, in pursuit of another at present. EXPERIENCE: I have worked with nearly well over 150 different dogs, dozens of cats, bunnies, fish, a pig, a bearded dragon, and a turtle! I have a great deal of experience providing overnight and daycare services in my own home as well as traveling to the homes of pet parents. I am extremely neat and tidy and always clean up after myself. I am incredibly flexible, reliable, and patient when it comes to providing top notch care for your furry friends! SPECIAL SKILLS: I have experience with everything from puppies to elderly dogs! I have assisted in training, light grooming (basic trims/bathing/brushing/clipping nails), managing moderate-severe separation anxiety, administering multiple medications, administering eye and/or ear drops, administering insulin, trips to the vet (scheduled/emergency), as well as caring for existing injuries and dogs recovering from surgery. I am great at recognizing illness and separation anxiety. (Ex: Noticed a dog had a UTI and got her in to the vet within the hour for treatment recently.) Additionally, I will hold your spot for a reasonable amount of time until we are able to meet and determine if the job is a good fit. Next, we will schedule a meet and greet, and after our meeting, you will be sent a modified quote for your services with a built-in 72 hour window to accept. Thanks! CARE OPTIONS: I am available to provide care in either my home or yours. Please indicate your preference upon contacting me! REQUIREMENTS FOR CARE IN MY HOME: -Potty trained 100% (no exceptions) -Must be at least 2 years of age -Up to date on shots -Leash trained (if seeking walks) -Heart worm preventative -Flea/Tick preventative SERVICES & RATES: Each service includes detailed text messages with adorable photos and consists of whatever is considered standard for your dog's routine--feeding, medication, waste cleanup, playtime, and lots of love and attention! Overnight care begins at the time of drop off/my arrival time, if staying in your home, and includes 2 detailed updates daily with at least a dozen photos. Pickup is required by approximately 10am the following day or fees for daycare will be incurred. CARE IN MY HOME -Overnight (per night-10am): $50 ($25/additional dog) -Daycare (up to 8 hours): $35 ($15/additional dog) -Extended Daycare (over 8 hours): $40 ($20/additional dog) -Walks in my home (short vs. exercise) 10-30 mins) $10-15 walk ($5-10/additional dog) CARE IN YOUR HOME -Check-in (30-45 mins): $20 ($5/additional pet) -Check-in with short or exercise walk (45-60 mins visit/10-30 mins walking): $25-35 ($5-10/additional dog) -House sitting (arrival time-up until 10am next day): $75 ($10/additional pets) -Transportation of pet(s) (per way—includes check-in service food/water/potty break/detailed photo update): $25 ($5/additional pet) Meet and Greets -First meeting $0 (up to 1 hour) -Subseuqent meetings to review new pet info: $10/visit (up to 30 mins) -Subsequent visits for returning miscellaneous items (keys/garage door openers): $10/visit HOLIDAY FEE: See rates for additional fees. Also, please note, if sending a reservation request for dates overlapping with holiday dates, you might notice the holiday rate applied across the board, to the non-holiday dates as well. No need to worry, however! I always double check dates and rates and will modify your total accordingly. MEET & GREETS: I require meet and greets at least 1 week prior to your first reservation; however, please understand that until your reservation is booked on the Rover website, I will be unable to guarantee your spot. I encourage my clients to schedule meet and greets as soon as possible after reaching out to me, even if your reservation's dates are still a ways off. We can always meet again briefly prior to the dates you are seeking care to review and update any information regarding your pet. I do work full-time as a pet sitter, so meeting sooner than later is encouraged. After the meeting, I will spend up to 72 hours reviewing the job to ensure it feels like a good fit for you and I. Once a decision has been made, I will contact you with a quote for the dates you are seeking care in the amount discussed. If you are seeking care on short notice, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. Although my availability is more guaranteed with advance notice, I am occasionally available on short notice. In these cases, meet and greets may not realistic, and I am happy to talk with you over the phone. During the meet and greet, we will go over paperwork to ensure all your dog's needs are covered. We will review my pamphlet regarding pricing and standard of care. I strive to provide my clients with the most professional, complete services. SUMMARY To sum up establishing our connection 1. Contact Jen button and provide designated info described above 2. Schedule a meeting ASAP, even if your dates are a ways away. 3. Interview at location care will be taking place/paperwork up to 1 hour (initial meet and greet free of charge) 4. 72 hour deliberation period for both host and guest to decide if job is a good fit. Your spot will be held during this time. 5. Quote for dates sent via Rover. All reservations remain tentative until the quote is accepted, outside the 72 hour grace period. My wife and I had to go out of town for an emergency for a weekend, and Jen was super responsive and helped put our minds at ease. We felt confident knowing our two dogs were in good hands, and even more so after finding out that Jen was in the same neighborhood. They just LOVED hanging out with Jen!

Jen was great with my dog Scout! She was willing to work with us on short notice after our last sitter canceled, she was very professional and had great communication! Scout is paralyzed in her back legs and can’t walk, and Jen was so patient with her and willing to put in the extra work to make sure Scout had a good visit. I highly recommend Jen, especially for dogs with special needs.

Availability

My weekly routine is very flexible. I am currently taking a break from pursuing my second degree to focus on work and overall financial stability. At present, I am only providing pet care in the homes of pet owners opposed to my own home. When I am not pet sitting, I deliver for DoorDash. DoorDash allows me to schedule shifts at my own discretion. If I am unable to login to a shift, there is no penalty. Essentially, I am an independent contractor for the company and can pick and choose when/where/how long I desire to work. I enjoy having this flexibility so I can prioritize my pet sitting opportunities and remain available for any time my clients should need me.
