Pet care experience
I have had a dog in my house since I was 10. I have a 4 year old dog who loves playing with other dogs. I have a large basement which is great for pups to run around in. I also have a partially fenced yard for pups to play in. I’m into talking to dogs and cuddling them. Able to brush and bath pet if need be. We have plenty of toys for dogs to play with. My daughter is also very good with pets. I work from home during the day, so I’m able to pet sit if need be. I also am able to cat sit as long as the cat doesn’t mind a friendly and curious golden doodle. Able to walk cat if need be (I know my friends cats love walks outside)
Reviews
Jen watched our dog Bear for week while we were out of town. Jen provided daily updates and plenty of pictures of Bear while under her care. I was very pleased with her prompt and timely responses. Bear seemed to fit right in with Jen, her daughter and their dog Chewy. We will be booking Jen for our future boarding! Jens reviews are what initially had us interested in her as a potential host, I’d definitely recommend setting up a meet and greet and you’ll soon see why she has such awesome reviews.
I believe Jen was very caring towards Squirt. She was flexible and easy to deal with. She sent lots of photos of what they were doing while I was gone.
I would highly recommend Jen she’s very accommodating and she was really are good at communicating with us and updating us and how our dog was doing while she was staying there while we are gone.
Jen was amazing watching our dog, she made sure our dog was comfortable and always sent daily pictures and updates on how the stay was going :) we look forward to many more stays in the future

A typical day
Normally start off the day with a walk and breakfast. After breakfast play time with the pups. Then during the day pups are free to lay around and relax. We enjoy going to Grant Park and walking on the trails or going by the lake.

I currently work full time from home. I’m able to take breaks throughout the day as needed. I have an 11 year old daughter that is great with taking care of the dogs with me. I already have a dog so adding a couple more, doesn’t really effect my daily routine- I’d have to take the dog for a walk and have play time anyways.
