Our dog had to go on sudden crate rest due to a spinal injury. Jen was able to step in at the last minute to let him out once a day while my husband and I were at work. Rascal warmed up to her almost immediately, and I love seeing pictures every day from her drop in visit! She’s fast to respond to messages, accommodating to the special needs he initially had, and overall we have felt so much relief knowing Jen will be there once a day. We’re going to continue to stick with Jen’s services until our boy is back in the fence with his siblings :)

I also forgot to add that one of my cats is soooo shy and scared of people. He runs and hides whenever friends come over and most people have never met him because the only him he isn’t hiding is when I am home alone with him. Jen obviously is so good and generous and caring because domino finally let Jen pet him and will come out when Jen walks in. So I love her and obviously so do my two cats!
