Hi! My name is Jen and I am a huge dog lover! I have grown up with dogs my whole life! Since the day I was born I was raised with a dalmatian and golden retriever. Now I have a 4 year old German Shepherd named Jax and 1 year old lab mix named Mila who are both the sweetest things! Jax gets about 60 minutes of off leash hiking everyday and Mila typically get the hiking with a potential 60-90 minute run. Both are very friendly with other dogs so if you ever just want your dog to have a long playdate we are happy to accommodate! I am an elite triathlete so I try to incorporate my dogs into my training whenever possible. I absolutely love running, walking and hiking with dogs in addition to giving them the TLC and attention they need!

Jen was amazing walking my dogs. They have lots of energy, but they were so tired after we finished walking. She even made sure they had water once they were done!
Jen is great with dogs...and they loved her. But that said Jen is not responsible. I came home to no Jen in the home,front door locked but the rest of the doors in the house open. The kitchen door was not only open the screen door was also pushed wide open. If someone had wanted to rob us then would have been the time. The house was walk in ready......no need to break in..just stroll inside.
Jen is the most fabulous dog sitter ever! This was our first time leaving our 5 month old puppy, and we were gone for a week. She sent photos and updates to us daily. It is easy to see that she absolutely loves dogs! She even took our pup to a picnic, instead of leaving him at home. She stayed with our pup in our home. She kept our house very clean, and also took care of our cats as well. We were so pleased with Jen that we booked her to come stay for another week later this summer!
Jen is awesome! Austin is thrilled to hang out with Jen. She is very loving and caring with him. She is energetic and fun loving...which is key with a puppy! I trust her to come into our home and take good care of Austin while we're away. So glad she is our puppy care taker!

A typical day
Outside of normal walks I also offer 60-90 minutes of off leash walking or hiking in dog-friendly and coyote free areas. I always carry mace with me in case we encounter threatening wildlife. If your dog is extra high-energy I am happy to take them on a 30-90 minute run. My dog Mila loves running and it gets her the perfect amount of tired where as my German Shepherd Jax is happy with 60 minutes of off leash time.
