Jen looked after our two cats for 15 days in early April. I always become very stressed about leaving the cats. They are not cuddly cats. She did a fantastic job, somehow managing to make friends with both cats! One is old and shy, and the other is willful, not good with strangers, and always wants to have her own way. She can be mean at times. Jen was great with them, with both eager for her attention after the first few days. She sent regular texts and Rover Cards, with pictures (some really good!), and I could look forward to her report every day. I give her my highest recommendation. You can definitely trust her with your pets! An extra (not part of her duties, but definitely appreciated) was that she noticed things that might need attention (for example, a new wasp nest, and other things around the house) and asked if she could do something to help. We had a very good trip, knowing that we had her help!
