*Not currently accepting new clients, sorry!* I have been working professionally with dogs, cats, horses, and small animals for more than 19 years. I have experience walking and caring for dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds including raising puppies and providing specialized care for neonatal kittens! My first job was as a groom and exerciser for large breed horses at a highly reputable Friesian and Andulsian ranch in Southern California. I also assisted in live birthing of the foals bred at the ranch. Most recently I served on the board of directors for the Animal Care Foundation in my city prior to our move to Washington where I helped fundraise for programs and care for the animals at the shelter and facilitated special care for at-risk animals. During this time I was also a volunteer at the animal shelter where I was a dog walker, neonatal kitten nursery bottle feeder, dog socializer, cat socializer, and cat facility housekeeper. I have cats and a dog of my own and I am passionate about caring for and providing comfort and compassion for all pets. I can organize my flexible schedule around whatever you and your pet need. I am available on weekends and on most holidays too! I will provide services in your home and am happy to play indoors and outdoors with your pets, go on walks, lounge together, whatever your routine is and what makes your pet feel the most comfy and safe! When your dog comes to day care or boarding at my home they will be treated as part of the family and will spend time both inside and outside (except for during extreme/cold weather). I will be home with any boarding or doggy day care clients full time; they will never be left for an extended period without my company and supervision. The only time I would not be physically home with your pet would be for a short errand such as a grocery store run or to grab a meal. In your home I will follow whatever routine you describe so that your dog(s) are as comfortable as possible! I am home full time and I am available on week days, weekends, and usually all holidays! My calendar is regularly updated to show my current availability. At our home we have a fenced yard (6' brand new wooden fence) with 2 separate fenced areas. Dogs are welcome to spend as much time inside with us as they would like and are inside with us most of the time except for play and potty breaks or if they just prefer being outside rather than indoors.
