Pet care experience
*lower rates available for chicken drop ins/ visits less than 30 mins* Personally, I have always had dogs, cats, small furry animals of different kinds, now chickens and ducks, etc —they have constantly been pampered. From dogs to cats to chickens to horses, nothing is too big, too small, too young, or old for this animal lover. I hope to hear from you, and look forward to meeting you. I also have extensive experience around horses and other farm animals.
Reviews
Jen took such good care of our cats while we were away. She went above and beyond during a big snow storm. It was nice to know they were well cared for!
Really appreciate Jen H coming on a holiday and taking such good care of our cats. Thank you!
Thanks Jen H! Kitties are happy and we appreciate the pics you shared!
Jen has been so helpful with our chickens. Can’t thank her enough. I recommend her to anyone for really any pet.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a 50lb, 2 year old heeler mix and a 40lb, 6 month old hound/shepherd mix who love to play and a 10 lb cat who does not (but she goes into her own area when the dogs are around). Additionally, I have about 20 chickens and 9 ducks that are semi-free range (they are kept in a separate fenced in area if I am watching a chicken-hunting pup). I am very active and love to take pets on walks in addition to fetch and other games. I have lots of gates for safety around the house as well as pet-proofed areas.

Information Jen H. would like to know about your pet
Does your dog do well off leash and/or on a leash to play and exercise outside? How will your dog react to a high energy dog? Prey drive? Are they counter surfers/get into trash, etc (not a problem if they are, I just like to know) :)
A typical day
At my home: a long marsh walk, cuddling on the couch, fetch, a run (dependent on my current athletic ability, not guaranteed), no matter what, I always provide plenty of exercise time, as I am used to tiring out my high energy cattle dog puppy.
