Activity and interaction are the keys to a happy dog. My schedule is 7AM breakfast, walking, quiet time, walking/playing, dinner at 5PM, an evening walk/play session. Quiet time. My home is comfortable and animal friendly. Your dogs sleep in the same room as me, and are with me all day and night. See pictures! :) Your dog is your baby!!! I will care for your pet as if they were MY baby. I am a professional dog walker and sitter. I am insured and bonded, SF ACC permitted, vehicle inspected by ACC, and I have training through Dog*Tech. I have loved and rescued dogs all my life. They are my life. My current dog is from East Bay Rescue. Her name is Lily, and she is a Great Dane. She is a gentle giant! :) About this sitter: I am a profesional dog walker in San Francisco, CA. I serve the bay area, and am 10 minutes from SFO airport. I am certified in profesional dog walking through dog*tech. I have cared for and rescued dogs for most of my life. I am a very active person and love to bring the dogs on long walks, but can also take care of older dogs with special needs. I am here to help people and their dogs. I try to be as flexable as I can be, but my dogs must have vaccinations, flea and tick control, a regular vet, and be neutered. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover since I was a child. I have rescued and cared for dogs for 35 years. I am a professional dog walker in San Francisco, CA. I am trained and certified through dog*tech encluding doggie cpr/first aid, I have a professional dog walker permitt with San Francisco ACC. I am insured and bonded. I have a business license. I am also an EMT and have taken animal care courses at Foothills College. Meet my pets LILY, SHE IS A GREAT DANE, RESCUED FROM EAST BAY RESCUE. SHE LOVES THE OTHER DOGS AND SHOWS THEM THE SCHEDULE. SHE LOVES TO GET EVERY DOG PLAYING AND HAVING FUN. I AM SINGLE, JUST ME AND THE DOGS. NO KIDS. About my yard The back yard is spacious and safe. The yard is fenced in, 8 foot. play time and relax time are nice out back with nice shade from a big tree. I attend the dogs when outside always. My experience administering medication Yes, I am comfortable with administering medication, but not injections.

Jen was very welcoming to Tsuki. She lives on a beautiful ranch where she takes the dogs out and about daily for hours at a time. I loved the environment for Tsuki and the energy that Jen put into taking care of her. Jen was very good about sending pictures almost on a daily basis. She was also reachable by phone, text, and Rover app in addition to being responsive to the messages we would send while away. I would definitely refer Jen and bring Tsuki back for boarding in the future. One note: make sure that your dog is on his or her flea/tick medication before being in this environment. It is a beautiful place that your dog will love, but it is outdoor and exposure to fleas and ticks is something to be aware of. Jen did ask us about this during the initial meeting.
We are so grateful that Jen was able to watch our dog Stella while we were away. For a big dog, this was pretty much paradise (woods, lots of hikes, things to smell) - I felt a little bad taking her home! Jen is great with dogs, and very professional and understanding with people. I can't recommend her highly enough!
I could tell after our first meeting that Cassie was excited to go back! Jen has a great place for active dogs and Cassie passed out the night we picked her up :)

I love all dogs, some I feel have better social skills than others. I do prefer dogs I care for to have good social skills and at least some basic training. I will take time a socialize and give basic training to dogs that need it, especially if they have been rescued. I feel these rescues need a bit extra for them to learn love and trust again. The rescued dog usually has been through alot and needs to learn social skills and basic training again in a life rewards positive way.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks I bring my dogs on walks at a private ranch in Pacifica. New dogs are on a long line until I evaluate their recall response. I love the trails up and down the hills, very quite and safe. The dogs love it!!!! See Pictures:) Your dog's sleeping arrangement I have a big bedroom. I like to have the dogs own dog bed so they feel secure. The dogs bed is on the floor in the bedroom with me. Some dogs like to sleep on the end of the bed that is fine also. Time I'll spend with your dog I spend all my time with your dog each day. Your beloved dog will do a routine day with me everyday. Up early, dog walk, breakfast, quiet time, go for a long walk mid-day, play oppropriate play, alot of water, then relax time. Make dinner, feed dogs dinner, then a quiete night time walk before bed time. The dogs I house sit really enjoy this schedule.
