I recently had to let go of my 10 year old boxer pup, Roxy Balboa, and really miss having a dog companion around but I'm also not ready to get my own again. She came down with a late onset progressive and degenerative neurological disease called Degenerative Myelopathy shortly before her eighth birthday and about 6 months after that needed a doggy wheelchair to get around. Once she got going in her wheels though she was a speedy little girl and we'd go cruising around the neighborhood and the parks. The disease continued to progress though and the day came when I had to make that tough call. I love dogs so much but like I said I'm not ready to get my own yet so I thought this would be a nice alternative for now. I would love to love your fur babies!
