I am a 31 year old social worker living in Missoula and passionate pup-lover, hoping to help make ends meet doing what I love: spending time with dogs, especially outdoors (but the couch is cool too). I have 10 years experience dog, cat, kid, and housing sitting in the Missoula community, and over 25 years experience total. I can, and am happy to, provide excellent references. I am comfortable with and experienced with sitting for multiple dogs at a time, both at my home, or yours. Additionally, I have extensive experience in behavior modification work - with both kids and dogs : ) - and know the importance of consistency. I am happy to work on current training goals and/or new behaviors with your puppy or adult dog while you're gone. I also love taking photos (dream job definitely = dog photographer), and sending updates to you while you're away. I am an avid hiker and would love to have your dog(s) join me and my pack for adventures. I also enjoy a good cuddle - we can just snuggle on the couch if that's more your pup's style! Mostly I am just passionate about making sure your pets feel loved and are well cared for while you are gone, because as a dog mom myself, I know how I'd want my own pups cared for! I recently adopted a puppy after my older lab mix/love of my life passed away in December, so there's an adorable and fun puppy playmate for your dog, with all the amenities of a dog-loving home (a fenced yard, lots of toys, treats, and comfy places to curl up) if they stay with me. Mavis (my dog) is easy going (seriously so calm, for a puppy!) and gets along with everyone. I look forward to meeting your pets - I've never met one I didn't love :)
