I'm a calm and kind dog sitter. I have experience working with shy and sensitive individuals for which I can help facilitate a low-anxiety environment as well as experience with more outgoing dogs who want to play and have new stimuli. My large fenced back yard can provide the needed space for a dog that wants to sniff around and relax on its own or for a dog who wants to run with others or chase the ball. My availability is limited by design as I insist upon not taking on a dog-sitting appointment except when working from home such that I can provide the highest attentiveness to you and your beloved pet. I am willing to consider all special needs. My home is in a quiet neighborhood with minimal car traffic, backyard has no exposure to foot traffic. I have a beautiful adult german shepherd, Luca, who does not live at the house where your dog will be boarded. If Luca will be around to visit or play we can discuss those details on a case-by-case basis as they arise. My availability is in the evenings and weekends when I am at home. I enjoy jamming around town doing errands with a dog in the navigator seat. I have a fenced back yard and animal friendly house (no carpet). I have some multiple quiet rooms that are available if your pet wants needs a reduction of stimuli, otherwise I generally will keep the pet within eyeshot and won't leave unattended for extended periods of time or outside for that matter day/night. Pets won't be encouraged on furniture and I will take efforts to try and uphold whatever disciplinary structure and commands that the owner needs.
