For many years I was a dog foster with a local rescue group with my ex wife. We adopted several dogs from them over the years. We handled some rather traumatized dogs in our time. A lot of them were very fearful of men, so we decided I would be the one to feed them. That way they would associate something positive with men. It worked wonders! I like to stay active and I live near Theo worth park, which is great for walking dogs in! With being a long time foster I have experience with a wide variety of dogs, small, large and everything in between. I am an advocate for Raw meat for dogs. It is one of the best things you can do for them. One of my dogs had an issue with digesting food. After a lot of money the vets determined that she would need a pill ($5 each!) twice a day for the rest of her life to be able to digest food. And this special expensive food.
