I have known Jeff for 24 years and cannot think of another person that loves dogs more than he does. Whether it is his own or a random dog he bumps into while walking his chocolate lab he seems to make a new friend instantly. It's almost as if the dogs know he cares about their kind unconditionally. You can rest assured your best friend is in more than capable hands and will be treated as if they are a member of his own family.

Jeff is a very trustworthy and responsible man. He absolutely loves dogs and all animals. He has had dogs all his life and always takes the very best care of their health and all their needs and never neglecting to do what's needed for their optimum care and well being. He loves to play with them and interact and connect with them. You will never have someone with such a tender heart as Jeff. Safety is always of the utmost importance to him and he will be an asset, no doubt to Rover. ???
