I have had multiple dogs for the last thirty years. Have done training with dogs, comfortable around most dogs. Have pet sat for relatives and friends over the years. Willing to work with owners on whatever their needs are. Available 7 days a week. Love animals and able to pick up after them. Have had experience with cats as well. Will be flexible and accommodating to individual needs. Would love the opportunity to meet and love on your pet. Believe pets are family and an important part of our lives. Have experience with puppies and senior dogs as well as high energy. Familiar and cared for pets recovering from surgery, parvo, hip displaysia, and torn ACL. I am most comfortable with pets 50# and under. I work part time and do drops ins and walks during the weekdays and house sitting whenever. Flexible with schedule to meet your needs. Difference between a drop in and a walk for dogs would include letting out in back yard and playing with it for 30 min vs actually walking your streets for same time. For drop ins I will take pet outside your home and play with for 30 min, or if you prefer you can book a walk. House sitting at your home is for overnight 12 hrs and one drop in mid day.

Jeannie always takes excellent care of our dogs. She arrives on time and even brings a nice treat for the dogs - frozen carrot sticks soaked in bone broth.

For drop ins I would take fur baby outside and play for thriry minutes if fenced in. If not, I would let out to potty and bring inside to play. Walks would be around clients home and can be 30 or 60 min sessions.

Temperamental and quirky behavior is always a good thing to share with me. What works and what doesn't. Will the animal come when called or if they get loose? What do they love most? I require dogs at my house to be crate trained. Will only use crates when gone for less than 4 hrs and at night time.
A typical day
I love to stimulate your pet physically and mentally. Walks would be in your subdivision and if there are parks or trails nearby than that’s where we would head!

Availability
I volunteer part time during week but am flexible otherwise. Accommodating to fit most needs. For drop ins and walks I can guarantee they will be done between hours of 11 am and 1 pm. Available most weekends as well. If I have to pick up your keys or drop them off there will be a $10 charge per trip. Lock boxes, keys or garage codes work well. I also charge $5 extra per visit if before 7 am and after 9 pm. If you need constant care for your fur baby I charge $20/ hr. I consider Easter and Columbus Day major holidays and Holiday rates apply. I reserve right to increase to puppy rate if dog is not potty trained, shows destructive behavior or is of puppy temperament past one year of age.
