Pet care experience
I have puppy-raised and trained a potential service dog. I am experienced with all ages of pets, from puppies to senior animals. My entire life I have loved and cared for pets of my own and for friends and family. I would be honored to care for yours. My son also loves animals and is extremely loving and gentle towards them. We recently had our dog of 13 years pass away. Both of us miss being with pets. Caring for your pet would bring us both so much joy.

I couldn’t have found a better person to help with my hyper puppy. Jeanne is extremely patient and understanding of all of Ollie’s puppy energy and behaviors. She even got him walking on loose leash within 2 walks. She is also a great listener and goes above and beyond my instructions. Overall, she is very caring, understanding, and flexible. Jeanne is a very caring person. She treats all pets as if they are family members. When she comes over to my house my dog barks for her attention the minute she walks in the door. He's very picky when it comes to him trusting people. It's obvious that he trusts her. He's usually a momma's boy, but when she's here he wants nothing to do with me. She also likes to get outside and walk, so why not get fresh air and exercise with someone's pet. I'm sure everyone would have a good time.

Knowing that other pets that are out for a walk may not be as friendly as yours, I would be extra careful to stay on the opposite side of the street. I will be attuned to your pet's emotions and needs. Walking at the speed they are comfortable with.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I should be aware of. If your dog needs to sniff more or you prefer that we keep a good pace to increase heart rate and minimize sniffing or possible nibbling.
A typical day
I love to walk dogs at most any speed through safe neighborhoods. Slow walks for senior dogs and fast walking for more energetic dogs. If your dog likes to play catch or other games I would be happy to do that too.
