Pet care experience
After 18 years as the owner of a cage free boarding, day camp and training facility there isn't much that I have not seen and done with dogs. Now I offer enriched in-home day camp and boarding with plenty of exercise and stimulation on a large tree studded property with an 2 acres of fenced yard to play and explore. The front yard is open and grassy. The middle yard has an in ground swimming pool for dogs that swim or would like to learn how to swim. The back yard is wooded and shady, with agility equipment for dogs who like that kind of stimulation. Inside the house we have strategy games the dogs can play one at a time, as well as soft dog beds for napping. Our home is large, open and air conditioned. All guests sleep and nap inside on plush dog beds. I also offer a variety of training options, including meet and greet for dogs lacking in social skills, manners, recall, potty training and leash walking. For older or special needs dogs, I have peaceful areas for the dogs to rest and recuperate, if necessary. I am also trained to provide special medications and surgical aftercare. Discount packages and multi dog discounts are available on a case by case basis.

Jeanne and Tom are absolutely amazing! We hate leaving our puppy when we have to travel, but it was so comforting knowing that he was in great care. Their property is any dog's dream....plenty of space to run around, an in-ground pool to cool off, and ducks and chickens to keep them entertained. You can truly feel the love that they have for dogs and how much they enjoy caring for them. Needless to say, we know that Jeanne and Tom will be a part of our lives for a long time to come as we can't ever imagine leaving him with anyone else.
So glad we found Jeanne! We hate to leave our pup when we go out of town but our dog loves to stay mama Jeanne and Tom! They even cook for him for dinner! Talk about being spoiled! Highly recommend Jeanne if you have to board! You’ll feel at ease your entire trip!

We prefer guests who have some prior socialization with people and other dogs, and are comfortable in a multiple dog environment. We prefer dogs who are potty trained but we are willing to potty train your dog. We prefer dogs that have some manners, but we are willing to do some basic obedience training if want. We have lots of outdoor space, so we can handle dogs with a variety of ages sizes and energy levels.
A typical day
We have 3 fenced play yards for the dogs, totaling 2 acres outside. The front yard is grassy. The middle yard has an in ground swimming pool for dogs that like to swim. If your dog is interested in the water but does not know how to swim, we will teach him basic water safety. The back yard is a wooded area for the dogs to play, chase and sniff if they are inclined. The wooded area also includes agility equipment for dogs who want to sharpen their mental and physical skills. Inside the house, we nap or play individual strategy games. We individualize our care based on the age, size and activity level of your dog.
