I have an additional 240 Five Star reviews for my pet boarding and walking services before joining this app. Screenshots of reviews are in my photos.I have a full roster of long time clients and am only accepting female, potty trained, spayed, healthy, well behaved dogs for boarding. Dogs with behavioral issues can book me for private training at $100 per hour in their home. Most trainers range from $175-$400 per hour. I specialize in: Puppy training, door aggression, pulling dogs, reactive dogs, poop eating dogs, chewers, jumping/over excitement, potty training, commands, getting your dog to enter the pool, and much more! 1) Value: I'm a knowledgeable dog trainer vs a teenager trying to make extra $$. I’ve seen and handled it ALL. Attentive care (small # of pets allowed), free professional grade photos of your pet, 45 min walk included, experience solving pet issues (I have dog training videos on YouTube) & updates that give you peace of mind. The 45 min daily walk and value of the photos alone far exceed the day rate. (Cheap sitters make money on volume. They charge add on fees for walks and probably don’t throw in free massages (things that are included in my rate). I wouldn't want my dogs boarded with 25 + random dogs and harassed by hyper kids.) One stop shop: Bathing ($30 extra charge), pet gear/clothing/carriers, treats, photography, training (extra charge). I can do it all while you're at work or on vacation. 2) Clean & Secure: Your pet will be staying in a clean, well maintained home with a secure yard. Dogs with liquid stool etc. not admitted, Fresh Zero water (filtered in 5 stages) served daily. Gates have locks with ex pens set up so there is gradual introduction and no chance of dogs running out the gate. 3) Safe and Reliable: On time, professional, and will follow your care instructions. I am reliable and do what I say I will, I expect the same in return. I appreciate clients who are on time for pick up and drop off. 7 day cancellation notice for full refund. I get tons of reservation requests so I'm picky about the quality of dogs (healthy, no diarrhea, no vomiting, no fighters) who stay here. This is a spa like, peaceful environment-not for unsocialized/problem dogs or owners LOL. 4) I'd rather board my dogs with a trainer any day. Behavioral knowledge: Incidents happen when a provider is not educated about how to properly introduce dogs and avoid situations that put a pet at risk. If your pet has any aggression, disease, parasite, blood in stool, vomiting, or diarrhea I will not take it in. Boarding is not the time to switch to a new food 1)It's already a challenge for some dogs to eat in a new environment 2) Food change without gradual introduction = = diarrhea. 100% disclosure of issues and behaviors before booking required to protect the safety of all. Please provide a local emergency contact who you entrust to take your pet to the vet in the event of a medical emergency. Emergency contact will also be used if your dog bites another dog it must be picked up immediately. Your emergency contact is mandatory as I can not pay your vet bill. Special needs pets will be booked @ $100 per day (the puppy rate) I only make $4-$6 per hour sooooo.....Special needs include: not housebroken, inability to walk, incontinence, needs multiple meds, bilious vomiting, seizures, IBD, high maintenance dogs (you require daily brushing/eye cleaning, wipe downs), destroys objects in home, unaltered male, or a female dog in heat. I will adjust the reservation price before booking. Many male dogs will mark inside a home they do not live in to claim it as theirs. This can happen even if they do not mark inside your home. Please bring DISPOSABLE diapers/belly band for your dog if you are aware of this habit. If I have to purchase them due to marking, you will be billed $20 per pack used. Please disclose beforehand any behavioral issues. Board and train available with videos provided of what was done each day. Drop off 9 am - midnight Long coat dogs: Please arrive with a sanitary cut. Ask your groomer what this is if you are not aware. I am a boarder not a groomer. Cosmetic maintenance of your dog's coat is not part of my job description. You may add on grooming services if you require daily brushing, Angel eyes, etc. Why is the 2nd dog not half price? Unless you expect half the care and attention for the 2nd dog, I can not receive $20 for 24 hr care and supervision. I turn full price dogs away every day due to demand so making $2 per hour is not going to cut it. No one wants to take in more dogs for less pay. Additional dogs =more liability and effort. I give every dog 110% of my effort. Seems expensive? I've visited the local pet hotels that charge much more than me for less care. For one dog: $50 per night for a dog pound cement cell with no interaction with other dogs. No walks. Or the pampered pet hotels that charge $90 per night (you can't view the place they sleep in and they get 2 very short walks per day. Unsupervised group play costs extra. I offer home style boarding, not a cement dog pound. Rover also takes a cut out of my fees. I have more experience and do a lot of extra things for your dog that others you would not find anywhere else. I have a big enclosed back yard that dogs love exploring in addition to having run of the house. Boarding with me comes with a FREE 45-50 min sunrise or sunset walk (rain permitting) depending on time of arrival (OR less is your pet is not up to long distance) as well as photo/video updates. If your dog is a runner (has slipped out of a harness/collar) in the past I will play with your dog at home instead of risking losing your pet on a walk. I can also use a slip lead if you approve. Please make sure your harness and collar are snug before dropping your dog off with a stranger. They can get spooked on a walk, bear down, tuck head, and run away. As a pet photographer, you'll get lovely pics of your pet for FREE. Photos I've taken for some of my regular clients are posted in the photo gallery. My clients look forward to beautiful photos, on time arrival, and GPS map of our route. I'm a dependable walker who treats your dog like my own. As an online pet boutique owner, I'm knowledgeable about pet products. I can recommend harnesses and leads that aid in solving walk issues. I've sent busy pet parents video of their dogs trying on different harnesses with me (like a personal shopper) & many enjoy the convenience of picking up their pet with the new leash, diaper, harness, jacket, collar that they don't have time to shop for or fit properly. Pick Up Drop off? Not anymore. People were not on time. Watching the dogs in my care is my #1 priority. I am always home so your pet will get more attention and supervision. Pet training, daycare, and boarding consume each day of my life. When selecting your booking times: Boarding is 24 hrs. Drop off 10 am. = Pick up at 10 am. If you need later pick up please let me know as I need to add Daycare for an additional 8 hrs. Anything over 8 hrs is $10 per hour. (Min wage is $14 per hr FYI) I am an adult with my own house.and dogs so house sitting is not an option. I can't take your dog to the groomer during their stay because I need to be here for the other dogs. I can, however, bathe $30 and trim nails $17 if you ask me to add it on. Your pet won’t be crated all day like they do at other places. Dogs are only crated if you request it. Your pet gets constant play, attention, exercise, and excitement here, which is why they always go home tired. I have a fenced in yard set up for dogs and my 3 pups are very well socialized and submissive. I have plenty of toys beds and space for the dogs to enjoy! Clients call this Disneyland for dogs! I do this for a living. Your pet's care is my weekly routine. Everything is scheduled around your pet and me caring for them. I work 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Your pets get up in the middle of the night, or early in the AM, I'm there for them. I have a big fenced in back yard designed for dogs, dog music radio playing all day, I give them puppy massages and 24 hr care. I am always in the same room as the dogs so I can keep an eye on them.
