Pet care experience
I have had dogs and cats growing up and as an adult but then work got in the way. I had to travel quite a bit and now I do not own a pet, but I miss caring for one. I am loving, patient, enjoy outdoors and would love to have a visiting companion on my walks or just enjoying the company of a pet. Eventually I will again have my own pet, when I know I will not be traveling for work. I only care for one pet at a time as I believe there is enough stress on your pet just being away from home. I strive to make my home your pet's home away from home!

I could tell by the way she Greeted us that she understood doggy language And how to be in control with a very charming Voice and manner. For once we didn't worry. And we got a couple pictures too! Jeanine was an excellent pet sitter. She is friendly and attentive. My dog is extremely skittish and normally scared of people and Jennie handled her so well.
Absolutely wonderful. Provided regular updates and our dog seemed to do great with her. Very kind and attentive with our senior pup. Highly recommended!

I have a fenced in yard and never let a dog in my care outside by themselves. I always make sure we have water available on walks if the temperature gets too warm.

I would like to know if they are house broken and any habits they may have - good or bad so that it is not a surprise. Are they other dog friendly or do I need to hold a little tighter on walks when passing other dogs? Pets need to be free of fleas and ticks.
A typical day
For dogs, walks on the beach, throwing balls, walking in the neighborhood For kitties, petting when they allow it, a warm lap when needed. While at home, plenty of in/out time. The backyard is easily accessible. Always plenty of love and attention.

Availability
I work from home part-time during the week and volunteer on Wednesday afternoons for about 2 hours. Pets are not left alone for longer than about an hour otherwise.
