Hi, I’m Jeanice. I love dogs so much that I think I may have been a dog in a past life! I grew up with pups and have always had some of my own. I’m drawn to them! Right now my husband and I have three dogs, which were all rescues. I think they are wondrous, amazing creatures that we can learn a lot from. I’ve even picked up on their language with the help of dog behaviorist Cesar Millan. I have been caring for canines in one capacity or another for the past 30 years. The pets we currently have are a Golden Retriever, a Chihuahua, and a Dachshund/Chihuahua mix as well as two gorgeous cats. My Golden Retriever has been with me for 18 years. I also have experience cat sitting and have owned and fostered many other animals as well. One of my favorite aspects of pet sitting is customer service. I’ve been working customer service jobs for the last 25 years. When I care for dogs, I always check in with the owners to let them know how their furry baby is doing and send a bunch of pictures as well. I also make sure to inform them if anything comes up that they would need to know and ask questions, if needed. I’m a tenacious, compassionate, and funny person. When I really want something in life, I go for it with all that I am. My life experience also allows me to empathize with people and animals. I use my sense of humor to make people’s lives better and have done stand up comedy for several years.
