Pet care experience
I’ve been enjoying quirky personalities, zoomies, lint rollers, wet floors around a waterbowl, and picking up dog poop out of the yard for 25 years. I’ve dog-mommed 6 fur babies and love on any I come across. Dogs are free to roam the house and are treated like our own.

Fantastic host, very accommodating, have used multiple times
We felt very comfortable leaving our 2 puppies with Jeanette & her family. We know they gave our dogs lots of love & wonderful care. It really eased our minds while we were away from our dogs, especially since this was the 1st time our puppies were ever away from us. We would definitely ask them to watch our dogs again next time we go away.
We were so happy that Phoebe settled right into her home care and family. Loved the feedback and pictures while we were gone. Definitely will use again when we travel and she can’t go,
I know Bear loves going to Jeanette’s house! He’s so happy. And I know they love him too! He always gets excellent care (and maybe even a little spoiled 😉)

We live in a quiet neighborhood near the end of the cul-de-sac and have an acre of yard that my dog stays in courtesy of the electric fence. Your dog will experience the same yard from the end of a lead that comes in a variety of lengths (6’-30’). My main concern is safety in dogs not knowing where "home" is while they're on vacation with us. Chasing after squirrels and rabbits can be too tempting! Although there is a possibility for case by case situations, time outside will be on a lead of an appropriate length for the activity.

A typical day
Dogs here will be loved on and treated like family. Visits to parks, car rides, going for walks or snuggles on the couch are all things we love to do.

Availability
Currently a stay-at-home / homeschool mom. During the week we run out several times, but at MOST we’re gone only a couple of hours. There are quiet places in our home for your pets to chill and watch from afar or they can be right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Either way, they will be loved on, exercised, played with and cuddled until their hearts content. An XL crate is available for a cozy getaway if desired.
