Pet care experience
I love other people's dogs. I like to travel, so it's hard for me to commit to a dog at this time in my life. Rover is great because I can work based on when I'm in town! I work a full time job 4 days per week, but that leaves me open at least three days a week plus mornings to care for your pup. Growing up, I trained and handled Newfoundlands, and I also had a Border Collie/Malamute mix of my own. I loved leash training the dogs I cared for, and spending time connecting with them. I understand the specific routines that owners can have for their dogs, and respect those rules. I have a few faithful clients who plan their vacations around my availability to watch their dog(s) because I also housesit too.

Jeanette has watched over our two labs many times. I always have a sense of security knowing she is with our boys while we are out of town. She is someone I trust fully with our home, our security codes, and most of all the care of our dogs. Being a parent of an older dog, it can be hard to leave him knowing he may need assistance getting up or require extra patience as he moves slower than our other dog. With Jeanette caring for him I know she can provide that sort of care which makes traveling worryfree. She is the best!

I'm open to taking dogs around the neighborhood and exploring what might be familiar to them, or taking them to a nearby park. If your dog likes games like fetch or more intelligent games like new smells or learning new tricks, I'll do my best to stimulate them to ensure they stay a happy dog.
