Jeanelle is the best!! Over the past few years, she has cared for our dog during both weekend trips and occasional multi-week getaways, and she has consistently been amazing and a best pal for our pup. Jeanelle is kind & thoughtful. She has a natural love and respect for animals. Our dog instantly warmed up to her and it is comforting to know our pup is in such capable and loving hands while we are away. Jeanelle ensures our pup is happy with plenty of exercise & engaging play. She is dedicated to spending quality time with our pup. We’ve received regular updates and adorable photos that show just how much fun they are having together, giving us peace of mind during our time away. Her professionalism and reliability are also great comfort. Jeanelle is always punctual, communicative, and respectful of our home. We are so grateful to her & love traveling knowing our dog is with an amazing person.
Jeanelle is an exceptional individual with a willing and flexible attitude to help. She has provided excellent care and support for our dogs in multiple seasons of their life, supporting our late Bristol, a beautiful golden, in the prime of her years. She was delicate and sensitive to all of her needs. For our new puppy, Miles, Jeanelle provided her with ample attention and energy, exercising with her consistently with runs and jaunts to the park. She’s supported us during multiple long weekend trips and a few extended week trips as well. We would not hesitate to utilize Jeanelle again to care for our pet car needs.
Jeanelle was great! Took great care of a 15 year old & a 4 month old & didn’t run out the door! Will for sure use her again!!!
