Jeana was very communicative throughout the whole process. She always kept me updated and sent me lots of photos. Our cat is special and cannot really be pet, she respected that and he did great with her! Also, it can sometimes be hard to find someone to care for our rats since they aren't everyone's cup of tea, but she took excellent care of our two ratties sisters. I will definitely be booking with Jeana for our next trip!

Every time I've hung out with Jeana, I always felt relaxed in great company. She is patient, kind, and very considerate of others around her. She is a great listener and always offers great advice. I understand that it is not the same when communicating with a dog, but I believe that being a good listener is extremely important to understand and empathize with dogs (I say this as someone who has a little Terrier mix in the family). I am grateful to be Jeana's friend and I am sure, without a doubt, that dogs would be too.
