Jean was wonderful with our little Toby! It was his first time staying away from home, and she made sure he felt safe and loved and got plenty of play time. She also sent us updates about how he was doing every day with pictures. Plus she came up with our new favorite nickname for him. Thank you, Jean!

Jean is the best! My dogs absolutely love her. Even at the Meet n Greet they were happy and smiling with her and it was the same when I picked them up! They know! Jean was very accommodating as my dogs are elders. Jean sent me multiple photos and updates every single day which I deeply appreciated. One of my dogs had a problem with a torn toenail as he sometimes drags his foot and Jean put a protective sock over the tape. All was perfect and I highly recommend Jean. She made my two dogs feel right at home and comfy all through the Thanksgiving holiday. Thank you Jean!
