This was our first experience with Rover.com and it certainly was a positive one. Charlie was quite sad when we left him with Jean as it was his first experience with being boarded outside of the vet. Jean sent pictures and updates daily. We were out of the country and couldn't get Wifi most of the time but when we did, we were able to communicate quite easily. Jean put us at ease that Charlie adapted well and was happy and playful. We found him in good hands when we returned and he seemed a little sad to leave them. We would definitely recommend Jean for boarding our pets. She seemed kind and very responsive to Charlie.

Jean is the most responsible friend that I've ever had. She used to sit my dog a few years ago and I had no worries at all. She took care of my dog as if my dog were her family. I appreciat her effort to make my dog comfortable and her love for my dog. I recommend her as the best dog sitter here at Rover!
