Pet care experience
Hi I’m Jayme!! I have been around animals my entire life, ranging from horses, pigs, chickens, sheep, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and hamsters. I currently have two Great Pyrenees (not with me currently in slo but in my home town), as well as my foster puppy who is a Chihuahua, so I have a lot of experience dealing with large as well as small dogs. I have also worked with cats and dogs at the Humane Society including puppies and kittens. At the humane society, my position was medical assistant, so I have lots of experience with administering medicine such as flea/tick administration, oral medications, eye and ear medicine, as well as IM and SQ injections.

Jayme was awesome! She was our first Rover dog sitter. She communicated well, and was great at giving us updates. Our boxer, Laila, is a senior dog and we were worried about this being a new experience for her but Laila was in very good hands with Jayme, and came home happy as always.
Jayme did a fantastic job of watching my doggy, he even got a free bath! Her extensive experience with animals speaks for itself.

Please let me know if your dog has any medical issues, is on any special medication, or has specific dietary needs. I would also need to be made aware of any aggression such leash aggression or issues with other dogs to ensure a safe and happy stay.
A typical day
We can do whatever the owner and/or dog prefers such as walks around the neighborhood, dog parks, and play time in the backyard. I am very open to all sorts of activities :)

I am currently an Animal Science major at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, with plans of becoming a veterinarian. I currently have a very flexible schedule and am home most days so your pet will get 24/7 attention. I am here to answer any questions you may have about accommodations :)
