Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of my neighbors dogs and cats throughout the years. I'm also a former dog owner (she passed away) and have wanted another pet (dog or cat) ever since, but have been focused on other things in life which would've prevented me from giving a pet the love and attention they need. Since I became a full time student, I have a lot more time and am in the position to have another dog, but right now I’m really loving taking care of other peoples!

Jayki gave us the best experience with our first boarding of Rover app. She took good care of Fia and sent us cute videos every day. She is transparent and trustworthy. Fia loves her very much, they had a fun time together.
Jayki is amazing!! She made our dog Mason feel so at home and sent updates all the time. She was super understanding with mason being a bit reactive with other dogs and even had a walk planned out that limited interaction. I’ve never had a rover experience where I was this comfortable with someone watching my dog. She took a ton of care with him and he had the best time!
Jayki and Matt were absolutely amazing!! We felt so comfortable with them taking care of our dog River while we were away for 10 days. Jayki sent regular updates with pictures and videos that showed all the love and attention River was getting. She was incredibly patient with River, who can be reactive on walks, and helped him adjust to the new environment. River was in great spirits when we picked him up and made sure to say goodbye to Jayki and Matt before we left. We fully trust them to care for River again in the future! :)
Jayki was absolutely amazing! She was patient with my dog Gus who needs some time to warm up to new people. She was communicative from beginning to end, and sent multiple updates throughout the day, along with funny stories about him. It definitely put me at ease to knowing that Gus was in such good hands. I highly recommend Jayki and will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!

A typical day
I enjoy running and would love to run with your dog (if possible). I also enjoy walking, so we will go on long walks around the neighborhood. I find joy in playing with toys with animals so we will definitely play too!

Availability
Since I'm currently a full time student living with a partner who is also a full time student, there will be double the love for your pet! We live right next to a few large grassy areas where we can walk and play with your dog (I will be responsible for your pet since I am the one filling this out, but I know my partner will want to play too :)). I’m currently interning so although I am home most of the time, there are periods of time I have to be out of the house (possibly 3-4 hours at a time).
