Quiet retreat with a fenced yard!
Pet care experience
Garrett and I have been around dogs our whole lives. We are experienced with dogs of all sizes, but especially with large dogs. We have a great home surrounded by woods with a fenced in backyard. I work from home and Garrett is a full-time fireman with a rotating schedule which allows him to be home at least 2-3 weekdays, and I work from home full time. We enjoy hiking and being outside but are also happy being couch potatoes with your pup! I have over 20 years of experience caring for horses and dogs and can administer medications and provide basic first aid. In November 2020 we adopted a 7 month old pup named Mason who loves making new friends! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions and we look forward to meeting you and your dogs!

Jaye, Garret and their pup Mason are absolutely FANTASTIC! Our pup Maverick is completely obsessed with all of them and is always so excited to stay with them to the point that he doesn't want to leave when it's time for him to come home. Jaye's pictures, videos, and updates of how Maverick is doing are always such a comfort whenever we're away and missing him. We trust them entirely to not only take great care of Maverick, but ensure that he's having fun and staying active so he doesn't miss us too much. We can't say enough good things about them and our experiences!!

We don’t have any breed preferences and don’t discriminate based on breed or size. Prior to watching your dog we would like to know what your dog enjoys (couch potato or bust out the Chuck-It). We can be as active or as laid back as your dog would like us to be. We also request that your pet be up to date on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention, and house trained is preferred!
A typical day
We have a fenced in yard that is safe for dogs of all sizes. We are surrounded by acres of woods that we can go exploring in, and a quiet road for walks! In addition to the space at our home, we also enjoy hiking and there are countless places nearby that we love to go to.
