Hi, my name is Jaye and I can’t wait to meet you and your pup! I get along with dogs and cats, all animals so well because I have a “canine” personality that matches others'—loyal, kind, curious and playful; and dogs can also be compatible with all creatures, strong, protectively guarded of your space, intuitive and a great protector. I grew up watching my aunt’s dog, Simba, as well as our family pup, and took my responsibilities as a pet owner very seriously as a child. I then started pet-sitting for friends and family and have now expanded my services to Rover! I’m a reliable, compassionate person with a lot of patience for all types of breeds, personalities and temperaments. I let dogs warm up to me in their own time and never push my agenda upon theirs. I listen actively and anticipate their needs by reading behavior, getting to know them first through their owners’ notes, and spending enough time introducing myself so that they then feel comfortable in your absence. I enjoy an open communication style and do my best to be as transparent as possible every step of the way so you know exactly how your pup will be spending his time when in my care! The best way I exhibit excellent customer service is to clearly understand your instructions, execute on them precisely, and keep you updated with photos and texts throughout the day. In short, I strive to go above and beyond in everything that I do and pet-sitting is no exception! I do work part-time online but my schedule is flexible and has not impacted my pet-sitting business. Please note that due to my living space restrictions, I am unable to board pets in my home at this time. However, I am happy to pet-sit at your house and/or provide walking services in your neighborhood.
