Pet care experience
I have been taking care of dogs since I was a teenager. Friends and family have always relied on me when going out of town to housesit . I work nights from 8 PM to 4:30 AM M-F. However, I am available during the day. I am very flexible or I can be long-term with all situations. I’m available anytime on the weekends. I live alone and my house is very open and dogs are more then welcome to relax freely. I have a carpeted living room with two couches and two sofas for them to get comfortable on. Kitchen area is tiled for a mini cool down if need be. I have a side yard that’s is fenced-in. There is a community trail beside my house for exercise or for nice walks. Gadsden dog park is right down the road, along with a park for leach walking. At the moment both of my dogs are staying with my parents due to them being retired and wanting to share the companionship. Along with having a good size property.

Being out of country and my regular dog sitter needing to go out of town..Jay stepped in and was amazing. Willingly came to the house to meet the girls and made sure there was regular pictures and communication the entire visit. Would highly recommend and use Jay again.

I live in a quadplex and there is no fencing, however, there is a fenced in area filled with plenty of shade one block from my home. This is a great place to stretch the legs and do some running around. In addition, I usually take the pups on a walk downtown on the riverwalk or to the dog parks which are spread out downtown area. So plenty of exercise if need be😁

All pups get love, so breeds are not an issue. How well they do with other dogs, any allergies, diet issues, any type of training that should be enforced.
A typical day
Walks, showing love and playing, dog park, park on a leach, and runs if ok. I’m also a professional at letting them just lay around as much as possible if age or physical accommodations are needed.

Availability
I work for the health care system and typically work 3/12 hr shifts. I am very flexible and make sure that all pups have a very balanced/ relaxed lifestyle while staying with me. I have two pups of my own, Coco is a 15yr old Chesapeake Lab that is limited to activities, but enjoys sunbathing and laying in on her bed with the AC cranked up. Najee is my 5yr old Staffordshire (Staffy) she love to play but loves food more! Both girls get along well with dogs and are not aggressive in anyway. I can make accommodations if need be with a create/ gates/ or a separate room if need be along with what ever comfortable suggestions that need to be in place. In short, dogs rule and I drool when they stay with me.
